Unlearning patterns & biases

Are you interested in deconstructing your beliefs and patterns of behavior? Do you struggle with rigidity or setting boundaries? By focusing on dialectical thinking, we will work toward holding multiple, seemingly inconsistent truths at once, practicing the oftentimes elusive middle ground. Ultimately, this can allow you to move through the world with greater ease, confidence, and compassion.

Additionally, we will explore how protective parts of you have developed in order to safeguard more vulnerable parts of you. Sometimes, these protective parts end up working too hard, and they need an opportunity to ease up in order for all of your parts to find balance.
