For helpers who need support

Sometimes, the most skilled caregivers are those who most struggle to take themselves into consideration. You have all the tools in your toolkit, yet you can’t seem to apply them to yourself. In session, you will have the opportunity to channel your caregiving skills toward yourself, while drawing upon other parts of yourself to support you as you undergo this paradigm shift.

Many of my clients are therapists, social workers, teachers, healthcare workers, supervisors, community organizers, and family caregivers. Therapy is an opportunity to redirect your caregiving skills toward meeting your own needs and, ultimately, practicing genuine self-care.
